- Easy Installation: Setting up the kit only takes a few minutes. Our outdoor motion sensor can be mounted to posts, walls, fences, and trees for a transmission range up to ½ a mile. Simply place your sensor anywhere and when a person or vehicle moves within 50 feet of the sensor’s eye, a signal will be transmitted to the receiver triggering the chime. The motion sensor sensitivity can also be adjusted allowing you to increase or decrease the depth of monitoring in front of the sensor
- Weather-Resistant: The motion sensor is waterproof and able to transmit through most environments and weather conditions (trees, buildings, walls, and vehicles / hail storms, gusty winds, heavy rains, extreme heat, and frigid temperatures). All of our chimes and bells need to be protected from the elements and not exposed to direct rain or snow. We recommend locating your chime inside or below the protection of a building overhang
