The library will be hosting an Otsego County Chamber Business After Hours Event on Thursday, February 18, 2016 from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm in our newly remodeled children’s area.

The public is invited and children are encouraged to attend. During the past year, we have focused on updating the Children’s Section and have incorporated a variety of STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art and math) resources and activities into the everyday life of the library.  At our After Hours Event, you will be able to see the results of our efforts, especially our new technological gadgets including Sphero, littleBits and a Moss Robot. There will be demonstrations at various work stations and an opportunity for guests to interact with our new tech devices. Refreshments will be available.
