Giving Tuesday is November 27 this year and we’re asking you to donate to the Huntington Memorial Library. Your funds will go to the Friends of HML where they are made directly available to support the library in so many ways. The Friends funds allow the library to hold programs like the Glimmerglass Festival Young Artist Concert, and other adult and children’s programs. They have been used to update the Children’s Area and buy new computers. The Friends are a real asset to the community and we encourage you to support us. To donate, go to bit.ly/HMLdonate. Thank you for your support.
Learn how to make an award winning gingerbread house on Saturday, November 17th from 10:00am to 2:00pm. Your entry ticket into the workshop is a bag of candy to be shared with other participants. All gingerbread houses will be entered in the Gingerbread Jubilee! Registration is required.
HML is excited to announce the upcoming Kitchen Table Conversations with Gary Wickham and Alan Donovan. Please join us at the library on Wednesday, November 14 at 6:00pm. But more importantly, I want to record and archive memories that have taken place in our lifetime. If you recall sledding down the hill or have a story about a memorable librarian, we would love to save your stories for future generations.

We invite local businesses and community members to show off their carving skills by bringing a pumpkin to add to the glow. Please bring a carved
